A Melbourne judge has rejected a Building Industry Taskforce claim that a CFMEU organiser "intentionally hindered" a Melbourne site supervisor by checking safety standards. 27 July 2005.

A glass manufacturer has been fined $310,000 over the death of a 40-year-old employee, which the AWU says is the equivalent of a "corporate speeding ticket". 27 July 2005.
