It also has information for employees with HIV and the law surrounding AIDS/HIV in the workplace as well as Frequently Asked Questions about HIV/AIDS. The 'What You Need To Do' Fact Sheet contains information on employer's responsibilities, education and training, suspected exposure and testing, as well as first aid and HIV in the workplace checklists. These Fact Sheets are recommended as a guide only and are not a substitute for professional or legal advice.
