Question

Do I have to see an employer doctor or insurance company doctor?

Answer

Yes, under the Law if the employer or insurance company requires you to see their doctor, then you should keep this appointment. However, the employer or insurance company cannot arrange a number of appointments, so that it gets to the stage of harassment. There are what we would consider reasonable medical appointments.

If you have a problem regarding reasonable medical appointments, or you feel that you are being harassed, then you should contact your union.
