Question

Does the employer have to have a Register of Injuries Book for injuries that occur in the workplace?

Answer

Yes, the employer is required by law to have a Register of Injuries Book in the workplace and all injuries must be recorded in that book.

If the employer does not have a Register of Injuries Book, they can obtain a copy of a Register of Injuries Book from the WorkCover Authority.
