Must my employer have a return to work program that covers all the workers in my workplace?
Answer
Yes, the employer must have a Return to Work Program. They are required by law to have a Return to Work Program in place. The program must comply with guidelines that are developed by WorkCover and the program must be developed in full consultation with employees and the union.
