Question

I am an apprentice and attending TAFE, am I covered by workers compensation whilst I am going to TAFE?

Answer

Yes, a person who is undertaking a course as an apprentice or a trainee, or even a nurse attending college, is covered by workers compensation, for their journey to TAFE, whilst they are at TAFE, in recess breaks and until they return home from TAFE.
