Question

I have been injured whilst travelling to/from work, can I claim workers compensation?

Answer

Workers compensation benefits are available for injuries suffered in the course of most journeys to and from the place of employment or any other place you are required to attend for work-related reasons.

You can lodge a claim with your employer's insurance company in the usual way and they will decide if compensation is payable.
