FAQsQuestionMy claim has been declined. What can I do?AnswerWhen an insurer denies liability or further liability for a claim, the insurance company must write to you to tell you this, giving the reasons for declining the claim. If you don't understand or agree with the decision contact the insurance company and ask to speak to the claims officer and request that the decision be reviewed. If you need help or advice on what you should do contact the WorkCover Assistance Service on 13 10 50. If you don't agree with the decision contact one of the organisations below, depending on your occupation.
